CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We do not accept any returns on any seafood or perishable products.

Once an order is placed the order will be charged to the sender and absolutely will not be cancelled for any reason unless a written email confirming the cancellation is sent to the purchaser. In order to get this email you MUST call 410-250-4900 and request a cancellation number. If you do not have a cancellation number you will not be refunded and the order will be shipped as it was placed online.

 

We receive hundreds of emails and cannot cancel orders via email. The only way to cancel an order is to call and get a cancellation

number over the phone. There are no exceptions to this policy.
